Caught a mouse last week and set it free in a local park. After moving a sofa we found that it had bee residing in a slipper ...it had been snuggling up in there ...aaaahhhh. Also, it had eaten plenty of the hazelnuts from the nut bowl we kept on a wooden chest in the conservatory. One morning I came down at 3.30 am to hear it gnawing a hazelnut noisily behind the dish washer. The vision of Pele or Beckaham dribbling it several meters from the nut bowl to the kitchen makes me laugh! Think it was a wood mouse, very common around here.

Smelly Business
Robin's nest found in a manure bag that had fallen over by the front door. Discovered when the electrician had to dig a hole just next to it. So we linked up a camera .......
